About the role

You will be the voice and the ears of TOJGAMES across our community channels. You ll help keep the community healthy and active, communicate updates, collect feedback, and work closely with the team to turn player insights into real improvements.

Responsibilities

• Moderate and grow our Discord community with clear rules and friendly tone.
• Manage social media posting and engagement (short updates, announcements, replies).
• Collect, summarize, and prioritize player feedback for the team.
• Coordinate community events, polls, and simple campaigns to boost engagement.
• Handle basic support triage: route issues to the right channel and keep players updated.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms.

Requirements

• Strong written communication and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Experience running/moderating Discord communities (or similar platforms).
• Ability to organize feedback and turn it into clear reports.
• Understanding of gaming communities and player expectations.
• English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Reliable availability and consistency (community needs daily attention).

Nice to have

• Experience with Telegram, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or Reddit communities.
• Basic skills in creating simple visuals or short clips (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
• Experience with community tooling (bots, automod, Discord roles, ticket systems).
• Russian language skills (helpful for CIS audience).
• Interest in racing games and car culture.
