Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs aligned with organizational objectives and market trends.
Conduct regular bench marking and market analysis to ensure competitive salary structures and benefits offerings.
Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
Collaborate with HR, finance, and leadership teams to design and review compensation policies and incentive schemes.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
Analyze compensation data and prepare detailed reports for senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Lead annual salary review processes, including merit increases, bonuses, and promotions.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiries.
Manage relationships with external vendors and benefits providers to optimize service delivery.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of compensation and benefits programs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 6 years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
Proven track record in designing and implementing compensation structures and benefits programs.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
Excellent understanding of relevant employment laws and regulatory requirements.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Experience with HRIS and compensation management software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
