Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Acting on behalf of Remuneration Lead in his abs
- Responsible of the procedures for social insurance for all staff.
- Responsible of the procedures for medical insurance for all staff.
- Preparation monthly payroll.
- Preparation monthly overtime shifts and visits.
- Coordination of social activities.
- To maintain confidentiality by:
- Considering conservation of information and documents in a secrecy.
- Follow the hospital's policy with regard to confidentiality.
- 1-2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits functions.
- Solid background in salary structure, payroll, and market benchmarking.
- SAP experience is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
