Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage employee compensation and benefits programs in alignment with hospital policies and legal requirements.
- Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive salary and benefits offerings.
- Support the annual salary review process and assist in the development of compensation structures.
- Coordinate with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of compensation and benefits.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, and related policies.
- Assist in the design and implementation of new benefits programs and enhancements.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records and reports on compensation and benefits activities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and hospital standards.
- Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation for internal and external reviews.
- Collaborate with management to develop communication materials and training sessions related to compensation and benefits.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1 2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits functions
- Solid background in salary structure, payroll, and market benchmarking.
- SAP experience is mandatory.
- Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Medical and social insurance.
