Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Concierge is responsible for delivering a luxury customer experience by coordinating and facilitating the collection and delivery of purchased items in collaboration with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales staff with various tasks when needed.
- Keep sales staff updated on customer purchases and package status.
- Coordinate operations flow between sales team and cashiers for merchandise transfers.
- Welcome and greet customers professionally, guiding them to their destination.
- Provide full concierge services including attentive customer assistance, goods delivery and collection, carrying purchases to transport, and liaising with outsourced delivery companies.
- Ensure services provided are in line with SOPs.
- Handle first-line customer service calls and complaints, connecting clients with the right staff member for resolution.
Desired Candidate Profile
Ensure punctuality and adherence to assigned break and lunch schedules.
Communicate clearly and professionally in all customer-facing interactions.
Manage concierge desk responsibilities, including handling customer inquiries (primarily related to online orders).
Learn and apply key processes to assist customers with refunds, exchanges, and related transactions
