Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to streamline project execution and address any design discrepancies promptly.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and enforce safety regulations to minimize workplace hazards.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, resources, and milestones, adjusting strategies as necessary to adapt to changing conditions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge.

  • Experience working on MEGA building projects , Villas with high value

  • A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in construction management, showcasing expertise in managing complex projects.

  • Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) are highly desirable for professional credibility.

  • Experience with residential projects is mandate, demonstrating versatility across different types of construction.
