Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary:

Functional Expertise: Re-implement and optimize existing system installations by activating unused features and designing improved business processes for key areas such as Registration, Academic Records, and Student Accounts Receivable.

Complex Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve high-impact, cross-functional, and production-critical issues to ensure uninterrupted campus operations.

Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a bridge between technical IT teams and non-technical university stakeholders (e.g., Registrar, Student Affairs), translating business needs into clear functional specifications.

Project Management: Lead customer-facing workshops, define testing objectives, and manage customizations across all project phases, from discovery through deployment.
Technical Skills Required:

Banner Ecosystem: Strong expertise in Banner 9 (XE) and related tools, including Argos.

Database Management: Advanced proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis, complex reporting, and backend validation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 7 years of experience in higher education administration or consulting, preferably with Ellucian products.
Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
