Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description
  • Client > Major Consulting Firm Worldwide, Saudi Arabia

  • Context > We are looking for a Consultant with experience in Organizational Design and Workforce/Manpower Planning and Sizing

  • Tasks / Responsibilities >Assessing the current organizational structure and identifying inefficiencies; Designing target operating models aligned with business strategy; Developing organizational governance frameworks and decision-making structures; Redesigning functions, departments, and business units following transformation initiatives; Defining roles, responsibilities, and RACI matrices across the organization; Developing short-, medium-, and long-term workforce plans aligned with business objectives; Forecasting workforce demand based on growth scenarios, business plans, and operational requirements; Building workforce planning models and headcount forecasts; Defining strategic hiring and talent acquisition roadmaps; Determining optimal staffing levels for functions, departments, and operations; Developing manpower budgeting models and headcount plans; Identifying overstaffing, understaffing, and productivity improvement opportunities; Designing workforce optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs

  • Requisites > 1) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Organizational Psychology, or a related field 2) Professional certifications in HR, Organization Design, Workforce Planning, or Project Management are advantageous 3) 8 15+ years of experience in Organizational Design, Workforce Planning, Human Capital Consulting, or HR Transformation 4) Mandatory experience within leading consulting firms such as McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Bain & Company, Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, Mercer, Korn Ferry, or equivalent in-house transformation roles 5) Proven track record delivering organizational redesign and workforce optimization projects 6) Experience interacting with C-level executives and senior stakeholders 7) Already established KSA preferred, Dubai/Abu Dhabi with commuting second option available

  • Workload/Location> Riyadh (Saudi Arabia)

  • Start-date > Immediate need, 3-4 months

  • Rate > able to attract more qualified candidates
