Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a Junior ServiceNow Consultant , freshly graduated and motivated to start their career on innovative projects.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Participate in the analysis of third-party business needs
- Contribute to the configuration and setup of the ServiceNow platform
- Assist in the testing, acceptance, and production deployment phases
- Write the functional and technical documentation
- Develop skills in ServiceNow best practices and project standards

Desired Candidate Profile
Recent diploma from an engineering school or a Master's degree (computer science, information systems or equivalent)
- Interest marked for ITSM tools and digital platforms
- Basic IT knowledge (ITIL, information systems, IT processes)
- Good analytical skills, curiosity, and a desire to learn
- Good level of communication in French (English is a plus)
No professional experience required, motivation and potential will make the difference!
