Roles & Responsibilities

Position Description:

As a Senior Support in Talend, your main mission is to respond to various
Incident type requests from internal or external entities via the ticketing application, ensure the completeness of
incident tickets, process the ticket or send it to the right level 2/3 expertise team.
You will also be responsible for producing functional MTOs for the client.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Respond to incident-related requests from internal or external entities via the ticketing tool
- Ensure that incident tickets are correctly completed
- Process tickets or send them to the expert team (higher level)
- Communicate with users and stakeholders:
- In the event of application incidents
- In the event of scheduled unavailability

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Comfortable using TALEND
Rigor and precision: Attention to detail and ability to work methodically.
Analytical mindset: Ability to analyze problems from different angles and propose effective solutions.
Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills to collaborate with development teams and clients.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with different departments.
Documentation: Skill in writing technical reports and test documentation.
Comfortable using JIRA and ticketing tools.
Mastery of the PRB process
. Curiosity and adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
