Job Description

As a Content Developer, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining high-quality digital content.

Beyond content development, you will play a vital role in managing and maintaining the technical infrastructure that delivers this content, including monitoring website and server functionality to ensure seamless access and performance.
You will support trainees by guiding their development and helping them build core content and technical skills.

In addition, you will assist users by responding to technical queries and resolving issues related to content access, functionality, or system performance.
Your content must be aligned with the brand guidelines of each client and tailored to meet the needs of diverse audiences, ensuring clarity, consistency, and engagement across all platforms.

Efficient and timely delivery is essential, with a focus on maintaining high quality and adhering to project timelines and resource constraints.
This role may require you to learn and implement new tools, platforms, or content strategies to meet the evolving needs of customers and businesses.

A proactive approach to system updates and process improvements is expected.
Collaboration is key to success in this role.

You will partner closely with your team, cross-functional departments, and end users to create impactful and innovative content experiences.

Strong communication, technical problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are vital to uphold creative quality and ensure reliable system performance.

Principal Responsibilities

eLearning Development Perform the following tasks as per project plan:-

Create or update Moodle Site
Design or update delegate certificate
Design any communications for delegates and clients
Update learners onto Moodle
Obtain source material from the technical team
Break content down into eLearning friendly structure


Build allocated Module in Articulate 360

Build exercise and clickable activities
Improve image quality with photoshop or animate to make images user friendly
Create video scripts
Upload videos to module as required
Update SCROM package and create Assessment
Release completed module to Moodle
Perform internal testing of modules created by other team members
Attend Digital Hive Project team meetings
Provide update on progress against project plans


Attend all staff meeting led by Director (ad hoc as required)
Knowledge, Skills And Experience Required
Must be a UAE national, situated in Dubai, UAE.

Experienced in using and guiding others in tools such as MS Power Platform, Learning Management Systems (LMSs), Articulate Storyline, Create Studio, Rise 360, and technologies including PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Perl, Ruby on Rails, CGI, XML, and XSLT.


Skilled in managing and delivering multiple tasks and complex projects on time, to specification, and within scope.

Strong planning and analytical abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills


Diploma in Information Technology: Software Development or IT-related field
Willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in the field to ensure continued growth and improvement.
Previous years experience in related field.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidates must be UAE nationals situated in Dubai with a diploma in Information Technology or a related field.

Experience in content development and familiarity with various technical tools and languages is required.
