Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We need a strategic and creative Content Manager to lead our content marketing efforts. You’ll be responsible for planning, developing, and managing content across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand tone, audience engagement, and business objectives. You should have a strong grasp of storytelling, SEO, content distribution, and performance analytics knowledge.
Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with brand goals.
• Plan and execute editorial calendars for website, emails, blogs, social media, PR, and other channels.
• Ensure all content is consistent, engaging, informative, and aligns with the brand’s voice and tone.
• Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content, including blog posts, website copy, social media captions, email campaigns, and ad copies.
• Work with designers and videographers to create multimedia content
• Use data-driven insights to improve engagement, conversion rates, and overall content effectiveness
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
• 5-7+ years of experience in content writing, content management, or digital marketing - E-commerce experience is mandate.
• Strong storytelling and writing skills with a portfolio of published work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of AI-powered content tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.) is an advantage.
• Proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, and CMS platforms
• Arabic proficiency is preferred but not mandatory
