Responsibilities:
- Managing subcontractor agreements, variations, and approvals.
Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4 7 years of experience as a Contract Administrator within a construction company.
- Strong knowledge of construction contract forms, including FIDIC.
- UAE construction experience is a strong advantage.
