Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

  • Select the most suitable contractual procedure for each request made by the Operations departments.
  • Identify and select bidders according to the technical specifications provided.
  • Prepare tender documents, contracts, letters and all contractual documentation.
  • Adapt the commercial and general terms and conditions according to the specific characteristics of each contract.
  • Analyze the offers in coordination with the relevant departments.
  • Validate the contractual revisions and formulate final recommendations.
  • Negotiate prices and ensure compliance with internal approval procedures.
  • Ensure overall monitoring of contracts until the final resolution of requests.
  • To monitor contracts and assist departments in case of disputes.
  • Drafting and processing contractual documents in French and English.

Preparation and Monitoring of Tenders

  • Send bid submission notices to suppliers (email & fax).
  • Follow up with suppliers to receive their offers.
  • Prepare the extension letters according to the requests.
  • Provide all necessary clarifications to the bidders.
  • Ensure rigorous follow-up of requests for proposals in order to reduce unsuccessful consultations and promote competition.

Laboration of the Cahiers des Charges

  • Write the technical and technical-commercial specifications.
  • Coordinate with the BAOSEM unit to ensure the completion of files.
  • Research and identify new potential suppliers.
  • Participate in the drafting and signing of contracts.

  • French and English (very good level)

  • Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, and Datastream
  • Mastery of Incoterms 2000 & 2010
  • EPC Bid Management
  • Supply chain (purchasing, control, shipping, invoicing, quality inspection)
