Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
- Select the most suitable contractual procedure for each request made by the Operations departments.
- Identify and select bidders according to the technical specifications provided.
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, letters and all contractual documentation.
- Adapt the commercial and general terms and conditions according to the specific characteristics of each contract.
- Analyze the offers in coordination with the relevant departments.
- Validate the contractual revisions and formulate final recommendations.
- Negotiate prices and ensure compliance with internal approval procedures.
- Ensure overall monitoring of contracts until the final resolution of requests.
- To monitor contracts and assist departments in case of disputes.
- Drafting and processing contractual documents in French and English.
Preparation and Monitoring of Tenders
- Send bid submission notices to suppliers (email & fax).
- Follow up with suppliers to receive their offers.
- Prepare the extension letters according to the requests.
- Provide all necessary clarifications to the bidders.
- Ensure rigorous follow-up of requests for proposals in order to reduce unsuccessful consultations and promote competition.
Laboration of the Cahiers des Charges
- Write the technical and technical-commercial specifications.
- Coordinate with the BAOSEM unit to ensure the completion of files.
- Research and identify new potential suppliers.
- Participate in the drafting and signing of contracts.
Required Skills
Knowledge
- French and English (very good level)
- Legal basis and marketing
- Procurement & Contract Management
- Ma trise Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, and Datastream
- Mastery of Incoterms 2000 & 2010
- EPC Bid Management
- Supply chain (purchasing, control, shipping, invoicing, quality inspection)

Formation
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or Engineering degree in Operations Research
