Roles & Responsibilities

CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR / SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR Candidate should be degree qualified with 15 years work experience on medium to large sized Projects Experience preferably in the Aluminium & Glazing Industry. Proven ability with respect to the following: Sub-contract Agreement review and administration Maintaining costs control systems Preparing detailed payment applications and ensuring certification of the same Preparing variations and negotiating the approval thereof Closing Out Final Accounts Preparation of EOT Claims
