Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Food Preparation: Preparing, marinating, and cutting meats, fish, and vegetables, and preparing sauces and soups.

Cooking: Cooking food using various techniques (grilling, frying, boiling) while adhering to recipes and measurements.

Garnishing and Serving: Arranging dishes attractively and appetizingly before serving.br> Safety and Hygiene: Maintaining the cleanliness of the workstation, utensils, and kitchen, and implementing food safety standards.br> Inventory Management: Checking the availability of ingredients, restocking supplies, and reporting shortages to the Executive Chef.br> Teamwork: Collaborating with assistants and colleagues to fulfill party and event orders quickly and accurately.br> Customization: Accommodating special customer needs (such as food allergies or dietary requirements).br> Supervision: At higher chef levels, assistant chefs are supervised and tasks are delegated.
