Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook authentic Middle Eastern and North Indian dishes.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of food.
  • Plan daily menus as required by the company.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
  • Monitor food stock, storage, and inventory control.
  • Ensure proper use of kitchen equipment and safety procedures.
  • Coordinate with management regarding meal requirements and special requests.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience in Middle Eastern and North Indian cuisine.

Previous work experience in Saudi Arabia or Qatar is preferred.

Age limit: Below 40 years.

Well-presentable, neat dressing, and good overall appearance.

Ability to communicate in English.

Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
