Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update scheduling lists, ensuring all activities, tasks, and deadlines are properly tracked.

  • Review reports for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before submission.

  • Maintain organized documentation and records for easy retrieval and auditing.

  • Follow up with suppliers and internal teams regarding parts orders, delivery status, and documentation.

  • Use Microsoft Excel at an advanced level to create spreadsheets, dashboards, pivot tables, and analysis reports.

  • Utilize asset management software to update asset records, track asset lifecycle, and generate required reports.
