Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain and update scheduling lists, ensuring all activities, tasks, and deadlines are properly tracked.
Review reports for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before submission.
Maintain organized documentation and records for easy retrieval and auditing.
Follow up with suppliers and internal teams regarding parts orders, delivery status, and documentation.
Use Microsoft Excel at an advanced level to create spreadsheets, dashboards, pivot tables, and analysis reports.
Utilize asset management software to update asset records, track asset lifecycle, and generate required reports.
