Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate daily Facilities Management operations and maintenance activities

Manage and track work orders, complaints, and service requests

Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth operations

Prepare reports, maintenance records, and service documentation

Follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance schedules

Ensure timely closure of tasks as per SLA/KPI requirements

Support site operations and client coordination activities

Maintain proper communication between site teams and management

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Requirements:

  • Technical Diploma in a relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of GCC experience in Facilities Management
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Knowledge of maintenance operations, service coordination, and reporting
  • Ability to handle client requests, work orders, and technician scheduling efficiently
  • Proficiency in MS Office and FM-related documentation
