Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate and follow up with Shipping Lines, Co-loaders, and Airlines for bookings and schedules.
Handle LCL / FCL / Air Shipments – both Import & Export.
Follow up with Transporters for delivery and collection arrangements.
Coordinate with Customs Clearance teams and ensure smooth documentation flow.
Prepare and manage shipment documents (Invoice, Packing List, B/L, AWB, etc.).
Communicate with customers and agents to ensure timely updates and delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- Demonstrates 2+ years of experience in operations or a similar role, showcasing a proven track record of success.
- Exhibits strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
- Displays excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, facilitating effective collaboration across teams.
