Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
You will coordinate daily transportation operations to ensure all guest and senior leadership limousine requests are handled efficiently and accurately. This includes managing transfer details, communicating clearly with drivers, meeting service standards, and maintaining consistent vehicle rotation and condition. You will prioritize VIP and suite guests, support overflow needs with external providers, and work closely with Bell Services to deliver a seamless guest experience. Accurate documentation, effective handovers, adherence to resort standards, and professional presentation are essential.

Desired Candidate Profile
You have at least one year of hospitality experience and a related college-level education. You are service-focused, well-groomed, and able to stay calm and organized under pressure. You communicate well in English, work effectively in a team, and ideally have knowledge of the OPERA system. Flexible, detail-oriented, and committed to guest satisfaction, you bring a positive attitude and strong customer service skills to the role.
