Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: Dealer Onboarding: Identify, contact, and onboard new car dealers, garages, rental companies, and auto stores to the Qalaqs platform. Guide partners through the onboarding process, ensuring smooth setup and activation. Account Management: Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing partners. Serve as the main point of contact for corporate accounts, resolving issues and ensuring partner satisfaction. Monitor partner performance and support them in increasing listings and sales. Business Development: Develop strategic plans to attract more businesses across the automotive ecosystem. Present Qalaqs services, value propositions, and growth opportunities to potential partners. Negotiate and close partnership agreements. Data & Performance Tracking: Analyze account activity, sales metrics, partner engagement, and platform usage. Provide regular performance reports and insights to management. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and technical teams to support partner needs and improve platform features. Requirements: Proven experience as an Account Manager, Business Development Executive, or similar client-facing role. Automotive industry experience is an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet business targets. Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage. Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital platforms and CRM tools.
