Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee the entire cosmetic production process, ensuring adherence to strict quality standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Manage production schedules, optimize resource allocation, and proactively address any bottlenecks to maintain efficient operational flow.
Lead and mentor a team of production staff, providing training, performance evaluations, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Implement and maintain comprehensive quality control measures, including raw material inspection, in-process checks, and final product testing.
Troubleshoot production issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence and improve product quality.
Desired Candidate Profile
Need Arabic speaker with good english communication skills
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
Holds relevant certifications such as GMP, ISO 22716, or similar quality management certifications.
Demonstrates progressive experience in cosmetic production or a related field within the cosmetic industry.
Exhibits a strong understanding of cosmetic formulations, manufacturing processes, and packaging technologies.
Demonstrates proficiency in using production equipment, including mixing tanks, filling machines, and labeling systems.
