Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of cosmetic manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production and adherence to strict quality standards.
  • Implement and maintain robust quality control procedures, guaranteeing product consistency and compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA).
  • Lead and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow to meet deadlines and minimize operational costs.
  • Manage factory budget, monitor expenditures, and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising product quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Need Arabic speaker with good english communication skills .

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; a Master's is a plus.

  • Holds relevant certifications such as GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) or similar quality management certifications.

  • Demonstrates a minimum of 5 -7 years of progressive experience in cosmetic manufacturing operations.

  • Exhibits in-depth knowledge of cosmetic formulations, manufacturing processes, and packaging technologies.

  • Has a proven track record of successfully managing and leading production teams.
