Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize the entire cosmetic production process, from raw material intake to finished product output, ensuring adherence to strict quality standards and production schedules.
  • Manage and mentor a team of production staff, providing training, performance evaluations, and fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Implement and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure product safety, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and prevent product defects.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred, providing a strong foundation in scientific principles and manufacturing processes.
  • Possession of relevant certifications such as GMP or Lean Manufacturing certifications demonstrates a commitment to quality and efficiency.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in cosmetic manufacturing, showcasing a deep understanding of production processes and formulation.
  • Demonstrated experience working within the cosmetic or pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is crucial, highlighting familiarity with regulatory requirements.
