Roles & Responsibilities

Role Requirements
Currently working as a Cost Controller in the UAE, specifically within a licensed restaurant or restaurant group
Strong communication skills in English
Solid experience in menu engineering and cost analysis
Proven track record in day-to-day cost monitoring
Expertise in inventory management, usage tracking, and variance reporting
Ability to support Purchasing, Receiving, and Storekeeping teams during leave periods
Candidates available to join soon will have an advantage
Must be based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews
