Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for dredging and marine project tenders.
Collect estimation data from engineering, production estimators, and site visits when required.
Develop cost breakdowns, planning, and work sequencing for project bids.
Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
Coordinate with commercial, engineering, tender, and project teams during estimation.
Assist in preparing tender documents and commercial submissions.
Maintain and update the cost database for materials, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Analyze technical and commercial aspects of bids and tenders.
Identify risks, assumptions, and cost optimization opportunities in project estimates.
Support the tender manager and estimation team during bid preparation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Technical / Engineering discipline)
orEquivalent professional qualification.
Total Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience
