Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic Country Manager to lead our FMCG operations across the Bahrain region. This senior role carries full P&L responsibility and ownership of sales growth, market expansion, distribution strategy, and team leadership. The ideal candidate has deep GCC market knowledge and a proven track record of scaling FMCG brands, driving performance, and delivering sustainable, profitable growth.
Lead country operations with full P&L accountability
Drive revenue growth across modern trade, general trade, and key accounts
Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies
Build and manage distributors and retail partnerships
Lead and develop sales, marketing, and operations teams
Oversee pricing, trade marketing, promotions, and product launches
Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
Report performance and strategic insights to regional management
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (MBA preferred)
10–15 years’ experience in FMCG (GCC)
Proven experience as Key Account Manager / Head of Sales / Business Head
Strong understanding of GCC FMCG markets and trade channels
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and commercial skills
English required; Arabic is an advantage
