How does your working day look like

The Creative Manager is responsible for curating, managing, and enhancing the visual identity and artistic experience of the hotel. This role involves overseeing branding, marketing visuals, interior aesthetics, art installations, and guest experiences that align with the hotel s luxury standards. The ideal candidate will blend artistic vision with hospitality excellence, ensuring a sophisticated and immersive environment for guests.

  • Develop and maintain the hotel s visual identity and creative strategy.
  • Ensure consistency across all marketing materials, digital content, and guest-facing designs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually compelling campaigns.
  • Oversee photography, videography, and graphic design projects.
  • Curate and manage the hotel s art collection, including permanent and temporary exhibits.
  • Collaborate with artists, galleries, and designers to source and commission artwork.
  • Enhance public spaces, rooms, and event venues with high-quality art and design elements.
  • Work closely with interior designers to maintain the hotel s ambiance and brand positioning.
  • Conceptualize and execute art-related events, exhibitions, and installations.
  • Partner with cultural institutions and artists for exclusive collaborations.
  • Develop immersive experiences that enhance guest engagement and storytelling.
  • Lead a team of designers, artists, and creative professionals.
  • Collaborate with hotel departments (marketing, F&B, events) to ensure cohesive branding.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships for creative projects.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor's or Master s degree in Fine Arts, Design, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in creative/art direction, preferably in luxury hospitality, lifestyle brands, or cultural institutions.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, design, and art curation expertise.
    • Knowledge of contemporary art, interior design, and luxury aesthetics.
    • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and project management tools.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Aesthetic sensibility and artistic vision.
    • Strong storytelling and brand-building capabilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced luxury environment.
    • Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
