Credit Risk Control Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement credit evaluation standards for agents and end customers to ensure sales risks are controlled.
• Assess credit qualifications including financial strength, transaction history, and industry reputation.
• Monitor and update credit ratings regularly, adjusting credit limits as needed based on customer performance.
• Ensure all credit policies comply with Saudi financial regulations and internal compliance standards.
• Develop and maintain an agent credit management manual; conduct regular training for internal teams and partners.
• Collaborate with banks and insurance providers to enhance credit guarantee structures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in credit risk management, preferably in a B2B or industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of credit evaluation, collections, and regulatory compliance in Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in English (required), Arabic is a plus.
• Experience working with legal and sales departments is a plus.
• Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools.
• holding credit management certification (such as CRCM) is preferred.
