Roles & Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Support all aspects of corporate crisis management, including emergency preparedness, response coordination, and recovery planning for All-Hazards events.
  • Maintain and manage confidential logs, generate reports, conduct statistical analyses, and deliver briefings and training sessions.
  • Collect, analyze, and synthesize data from diverse sources such as internal databases, security systems, interviews, and open-source intelligence.
  • Lead and coordinate projects, training modules, emergency preparedness drills, and technology interface evaluations.
  • Oversee the operational interface and administrative management of hotel safety button systems, ensuring accurate signal interpretation and timely response.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards through meticulous documentation and reporting.
  • Provide actionable intelligence to support data-driven decision-making during crisis events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance safety protocols and crisis response strategies.
