We are looking for candidates for the role of Group CRM Data Steward to be based in JAFZA Dubai.

The successful candidate(s) will join a dynamic Group of companies that has been providing customers with shipping, logistics and marine services since 1956. Job Description

The role involves:

• CRM Account Management
• Data analysis and accuracy reporting
• Co-ordination with offices and colleagues to maintain system accuracy
• Working with Group Commercial teams to assign accounts in CRM
• Identifying and consolidating Group accounts
• Working with the Group IT team and implement data accuracy policies
• Working on commercial applications
• KPI reporting
• Supporting/conducting CRM training sessions as and when required to ensure consistent user knowledge
• Working independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  
  

Job Requirements

• Proactive and self-motivated work ethic
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• University graduate or comparable education level
• Strong presentation, analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a must
• Presentable with a pleasant personality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and enhanced computer skills
• Experience and Familiarity with CRM systems such as Sales Force
• 1-2 years experience in data handling and analysis, preferably with a shipping company
• Familiarity with basic shipping terms and definitions will be considered an advantage
