Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts, understanding their evolving needs for curtains and blinds.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients, offering expert advice on product selection, design, and installation, considering their specific space and style.
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotes, proposals, and presentations, showcasing the value and benefits of our curtain and blind solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the installation team to ensure timely and professional project execution, adhering to the highest quality standards.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the window treatment or interior design industry, is essential.
- A deep understanding of curtain and blind products, fabrics, styles, and installation techniques is highly valued.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are crucial for building rapport and influencing clients.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory for client visits and meetings is necessary.
