Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both Arabic and English.
* Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
* Assisting to process the EWA transfers based on the unit handovers.
* Log and track customer interactions using CRM & MSD systems.
* Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
* Maintain and update customer records and documentation.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality.
* Prepare reports on customer feedback and service performance.
* Support the implementation of customer service improvements and initiatives.
* Monitor service quality and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.
* Stay updated on product knowledge, service changes, and company updates.
* Assist in preparing purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
* Communicate with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotations and delivery timelines.
* Maintain procurement records, including supplier databases and pricing logs.
* Track and follow up on pending orders and deliveries.
* Coordinate with the finance team for invoice processing and payment follow-ups.
* Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
* Maintain organized documentation for both customer service and procurement activities.
* Assist in internal audits by providing necessary records and reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
* Bahraini national with fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
* Diploma or degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
* Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MSD, Oracle and CRM systems.
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Preferred Skills:
* Familiarity with customer service standards and cultural expectations.
* Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
* Positive attitude and a customer-centric mindset.
