About the job

As Customer Experience Manager Autoimmune T1D within our General Medicines team, you'll lead the commercial activation of Tzield across key accounts in the UAE, shaping how patients at risk of Type 1 Diabetes access life-changing treatment.

In General Medicines, you'll help drive meaningful outcomes in diabetes, transplant, and immunology with the scale and urgency patients deserve. As part of our Autoimmune T1D team, you'll be at the forefront of a groundbreaking mission: helping identify and protect people at risk of developing Type 1 Diabetes, and ensuring they have access to innovative treatment before the disease progresses.

Main responsibilities

  • Map, segment, and develop deep knowledge of key accounts (Centers of Excellence and autoimmune diabetes care pathway) to drive Tzield adoption and patient access
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders including endocrinologists, immunologists, and clinical decision-makers
  • Develop and execute account activation plans that remove operational barriers to screening, referral, and treatment access
  • Co-create tailored solutions with account decision-makers to enable full commercial activation and formulary inclusion
  • Leverage omnichannel engagement strategies (face-to-face, digital, social media) to deliver personalized, high-impact interactions with key accounts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Market Access and field-based teams to address account needs and ensure effective pull-through
  • Gather and share field insights to inform customer segmentation, persona development, and commercial strategy

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience, including in the UAE; experience in Type 1 Diabetes, specialty, or rare disease is strongly preferred

  • Soft and technical skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; outstanding networking and negotiation capabilities; account management mindset with a solution-oriented approach; strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking; digital and analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights; agile, self-driven, and comfortable operating in complex environments
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or a medical/life sciences field
  • Languages: Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus
