Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proactively address customer inquiries and resolve complaints with empathy, ensuring a positive brand experience and building customer loyalty.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive service enhancements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to provide customer insights and support cross-functional initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree holder

  • Relevant certifications in customer service or relationship management are advantageous.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer relationship principles.

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English is essential.

  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle difficult situations.

  • Demonstrated personal qualities of empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help customers.

  • Must be able to sit for extended periods and use a computer, and have the physical ability to attend meetings and training sessions.
