Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Proactively address customer inquiries and resolve complaints with empathy, ensuring a positive brand experience and building customer loyalty.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive service enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to provide customer insights and support cross-functional initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree holder
Relevant certifications in customer service or relationship management are advantageous.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer relationship principles.
Proven ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English is essential.
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle difficult situations.
Demonstrated personal qualities of empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help customers.
Must be able to sit for extended periods and use a computer, and have the physical ability to attend meetings and training sessions.
