Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Resolve basic operational issues.
- Raise and follow up on tickets until closure.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams.
- Work in rotating duty shifts.
Performance Evaluation:
Performance is evaluated based on Customer Service KPI Policy, including SLA, FCR, CSAT,
and productivity.
Desired Candidate Profile
Job Purpose:
The Customer Service Officer is responsible for providing timely and professional support
to merchants using Integrated Accounts ECR solutions through phone, WhatsApp, email,
and ticketing systems.
- Diploma or Bachelor s degree.
- Experience in customer service or POS support.
- Arabic & basic English communication skills.
