Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives / Call Center Agents in Dubai with employment visa and benefits.

  • Handle customer calls, emails, and chats professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Record customer details and maintain database accuracy.
  • Resolve issues and escalate complaints when needed.
  • Meet daily/weekly call handling and service targets.
  • Maintain a friendly, helpful, and professional manner at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school / diploma / bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 0–2 years of call center or customer service experience (freshers welcome).
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu advantage).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in shifts.
