Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming clients and patients warmly in person and over the phone
  • Scheduling, confirming, and managing appointments efficiently
  • Responding to client inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Educating clients about clinic services, policies, and basic pet care
  • Maintaining a calm and compassionate demeanor during stressful or emotional moments

Desired Candidate Profile

1 2 years of customer service experience

Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage

Strong interpersonal skills with a client centric approach

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with scheduling or CRM systems

Composure in fast paced or emotionally sensitive environments

Experience in veterinary, medical, or healthcare settings is a plus but not required
