In our global community of people from 100+ countries, we listen to each other, actively contribute, and grow together.Join us in our exciting quest to build the future home.Your RoleDaily processing & execution of customer orders while ensuring a close follow-up with Transport planning team in order to ensure a best-in-class service to our customers.The jobholder will play a key role of coordination between Customers, 3PLteam, Sales Team & Transport Planning team taking the ownership of the orders executionWhat You DoResponsible for the order management of all retail & e-commerce accounts in UAE regionDirect order / bulk order shipment processing for Project or consignment ordersReview and verify orders information s and shipping details to ensure 100% accuracy. Identify and assess customer s needs to achieve satisfactionFollowing up with warehouse for stock readiness & delivery planningAlignment with the logistics team for dispatches and confirming the proof of deliveryAlignment with Finance to identify any credit risksMarketing promo delivery and Customer / Retailer return order processingContinuously ensuring the highest service level and OTIFCoordinate with internal teams in case of any delivery deadlines, shortages, disputes etcParticipate in the implementation of projects for Service Level and OTIF target achievementBuild sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communicationFollow communication procedures, guidelines and policiesMaintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers alwaysProvides feedback on the efficiency of the customer service processGo the extra mile to engage customers and ensure their satisfactionWho You AreMinimum 1-2 years Supply Chain Execution or Order Management Experience in B2B & B2C businessBachelor s degree requiredKnowledge of SAP ECCEfficient in Retail / Ecommerce order planning, Direct/Bulk Shipment planning,Adept in stock readiness & delivery planning,Awareness of the Financial credit requirementsAdvanced computer software skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot tables)Having agile and growth mindsetWhere you'll be:You will be based in Dubai Office and reporting to Head of Sales Operations & Logistics MENCA & UAE
