Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Proactively onboard new customers, ensuring they understand the platform's value and features, leading to faster adoption.
• Manage customer accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, fostering loyalty.
• Conduct regular check-ins with customers to understand their needs, identify potential challenges, and offer proactive solutions, driving retention.
• Analyze customer usage data to identify trends, provide insights, and recommend strategies to optimize their experience, ensuring success.
• Develop and deliver customer training materials and webinars, empowering users to fully utilize the platform's capabilities, improving proficiency.
• Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and alignment on customer needs, enhancing teamwork.
• Monitor customer health metrics, identifying at-risk accounts and implementing strategies to prevent churn, improving customer retention.
