Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

– Communication with clients from the assigned regions and assisting them with various inquiries.

– Collecting and forwarding client feedback to the relevant departments in English.

– Conducting small research tasks related to understanding local market specifics.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience in financial markets (stocks, crypto, forex or similar) is ESSENTIAL

Confident fluency in Filipino and English is required. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.

Working schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day (flexibility may apply).

Salary will be discussed during the interview and depends on the candidate’s experience and other relevant factors.

A one-month probation period is foreseen; its terms and conditions will also be discussed during the interview.
