As a Data Analyst, you will be pivotal in transforming raw data into insightful information that drives decision-making across various business units. You will work with large datasets, identify patterns, and create meaningful reports and dashboards that help the organization track its goals and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving abilities, and proficient knowledge of database management and analytical tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and operations, to gather and interpret data that will enhance business strategies. Responsibilities

• Collect and interpret complex datasets to identify patterns and trends.
• Design and implement data collection systems and other strategies.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand data needs and objectives.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance metrics.
• Prepare data for analysis, including cleaning and integrating diverse data sources.
• Perform statistical analyses to support business decision-making processes.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns using statistical techniques.
• Assist with developing strategies to optimize data processes and systems.
• Communicate findings and insights through visual and written reports to stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing tracking and monitoring of performance metrics.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy through continuous quality checks.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and analytical tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, or other data analysis and statistical software.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze data.
• Experience in creating detailed reports and presenting them effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective teamwork.
• Detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is preferred.
