As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports for the company. Responsibilities

• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and analytics strategies.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities to optimize existing systems.
• Collaborate with IT and operation teams to ensure database architecture is aligned.
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources, maintaining complete and accurate records.
• Filter and clean data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators.
• Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decisions.
• Continually optimize and automate processes, making predictions that enhance endeavor success.
• Support departmental teams with integrating data analytics in business development strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and data protection regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages and databases.
• Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings in a clear manner.
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to identify and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, or R is preferred.
