Job Description:

Position: Senior Data Engineer

Location: Dubai

Exp: 7+yrs

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in Data engineering or big data development.
  • Strong proficiency in PySpark & Python.
  • Deep understanding of Spark RDDs, DataFrames, and Spark SQL.
  • Experience with distributed computing frameworks and data optimization techniques (partitioning, caching, broadcasting).
  • Hands-on experience with Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, Hive, HBase, etc.).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and their big data services (EMR, Databricks, Synapse, Big Query, etc.).
  • Experience with workflow orchestration tools (Airflow, Oozie, etc.).
  • Good understanding of SQL and data modeling concepts.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git, Jenkins).
