Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess good typing skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to maintain accurate records and data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases

  • Verify and review data for accuracy and completeness

  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry

  • Maintain proper filing and record management

  • Generate reports as required by management

  • Handle confidential information with integrity

  • Coordinate with different departments for data collection and updates

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school /Diploma

  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative work preferred

  • Good typing speed with strong attention to detail

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Good communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems is an advantage

  • Strong accuracy and time management skills
