You will focus on mitigating risks and finding improvement opportunities within both sophisticated transactions and more broadly within sales territories by leveraging the power of data driven insights.You will also generate and drive solutions that help our Deal Strategy and Pricing team and deal processes scale to support the constantly evolving needs of our business.Successful candidates must have a passion for technology, intellectual curiosity, and business partnering and interpersonal skills - helping our sellers deliver customer success with Data + AI + CRMResponsibilitiesPartner in a trusted adviser capacity to Senior Sales Leadership, the Sales Community and other Internal PartnersProvide thought leadership to develop innovative deal structures, manage risk within the contractual terms and structure and educate the sales team on our latest product bundles and offeringsAct as a large deal advisor on key deals and support the commercial and contractual negotiation process through the deal cycleGuide sales on the pros/cons of a wide range of deal structures and take ownership of final approval decisionsDevelop best practices for pricing and business terms, based on the improved use of data and market knowledge to support decisionsIndependently scope and complete project work with minimum oversight to meet function and company goalsPartner with product teams on efficient pricing models and strategies for new products and bundled solutionsDevelop relevant cross-functional relationships to understand products, competition, and the competitive marketCollaborate with Finance, Legal and Operations departments to optimize contract terms and close dealsRequired Qualifications7+ years of professional experienceOutstanding analytical background with strong problem-solving skillsHighly effective communication skills, including written and verbalAbility to establish relationships and work collaboratively to get resultsCapable of explaining concepts clearly and credibly across all levels of the organizationHigh level of attention to detailAdept at thinking on your feet amidst ambiguityProven experience leading and influencing at various levels across the organizationPreferred QualificationsAdvanced degree (i.e. MBA or equivalent experience)Experience in pricing strategy, sales financial analysis.
