As a Delivery Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the prompt and safe delivery of goods to our valued customers. You will be responsible for handling packages with care, ensuring they reach their destination on time and in excellent condition. This position involves a significant amount of physical activity, driving, and customer interaction. Responsibilities

• Deliver packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Load and unload packages from the vehicle with care and attention.
• Verify the accuracy of delivery information and documentations.
• Operate and maintain delivery vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes to meet delivery schedules.
• Communicate effectively with customers to provide delivery updates and resolve queries.
• Report any delivery issues or vehicle maintenance needs to the appropriate department.
• Ensure compliance with transportation and safety regulations at all times.
• Use GPS and other navigation tools to optimize delivery routes.
• Manage delivery records and documentation accurately for record-keeping purposes.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance while representing the company.
• Assist in warehouse operations during delivery downtime as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
• Proficient in using GPS and basic navigation apps and devices.
• Strong physical stamina for lifting and moving packages efficiently.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions swiftly.
• Previous delivery or driving experience is preferred but not required.
