Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery for cybersecurity projects: kickoff → planning → execution → tracking → reporting → closeout.

  • Build and maintain project plans, milestones, RAID logs (risks, actions, issues, decisions), and stakeholder communications.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, pre-sales, engineers, SOC/IR, third parties) to unblock delivery.

  • Manage scope control: change requests, assumptions/dependencies, and alignment with SOW/contract deliverables.

  • Run customer governance: status calls, steering updates, minutes/actions, and escalation management.

  • Ensure quality of delivery artifacts: reports, handover documents, runbooks, and acceptance sign-offs.

  • Track utilization and timelines; maintain accurate internal reporting and forecasts for delivery leadership.

  • Drive continuous improvement: templates, playbooks, and delivery processes across recurring engagement types.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4–8+ years in project management (IT/security/technology services preferred).

  • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects with external customers and internal technical teams.

  • Strong stakeholder management: confident with IT managers through senior leadership/executives.

  • Strong planning and execution discipline: timelines, dependencies, change control, escalation.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable producing customer-ready status reports.

Nice-to-Have (Preferred):

  • Cybersecurity project exposure (SOC/MDR onboarding, EDR deployments, IR retainers, vulnerability management, VAPT programs, firewall/network security, cloud security, GRC initiatives).

  • Familiarity with security concepts (MITRE ATT&CK, incident response lifecycle, vulnerability remediation workflows, logging/SIEM basics).

  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, ITIL (any combination).
