Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Should have experience in handling multiple projects at once.
  • Must have experience with Digital wealth, Treasury and Regulatory Tech implementation.
  • Must have experience in Banking and Testing
  • Define test strategies across treasury, wealth, regulatory tech use cases, integration with banking systems, and cloud deployments.
  • Work closely with Client Unit head a product and implementation teams to align on release quality.
  • Manage cross-functional QE resources (functional, automation, performance, UX).
  • Report quality metrics to both the banks digital leadership and QK stakeholders.
  • Overall Responsibility for Quality of testing and Timely delivery
  • Key Driver of the Test improvement Initiatives
  • Create Test strategy, Overall Plans, Resource requirements and allocation, technical skill areas
  • Interaction with Client team on Project Risks & Concerns and resolution of issues.
  • Report project status to the Delivery or Program Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with Client and Org processes.
  • Consolidate and report metrics for project activities.
  • Knowledge Management on the project
  • Create Test Design and Execution Plan and schedule of testing Assign tasks to the team members & manage workload efficiently
  • Tracking project milestones and deliverables
  • Managing the offshore team and monitor the work
  • Providing the inputs / clarifications to offshore team
  • Keeping track of new requirements from the project
  • Daily Defect discussions
  • Ensure adherence to onsite-offshore process and agreed timelines
  • Coordinate with users for inputs, review and approvals
  • Responsible for Metrics Measurement and Implementation
  • Report upon testing activities, including testing results, to build test suite, write test cases coverage, defects
  • Ensure adherence to test Processes
  • Coordinate with various team in Client for UAE

Must Have skills:

  • Strong stakeholder management with the ability to build trust, influence decisions, and align cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in test management and automation, with a focus on driving quality, efficiency, and scalable solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in Treasury and Capital Markets products, with a solid understanding of domain workflows and challenges.
  • Effective team leadership, capable of mentoring teams, driving performance, and fostering collaboration.
  • Ability to understand client pain points and proactively recommend practical, value-driven solutions.
  • Agile and responsive under pressure, with the capability to manage critical situations while maintaining team morale and delivery focus.
